The Patient Learning Hub is a space for you to access information about medicines.

You need to be a Royal Melbourne Hospital patient to access these modules.

These free interactive modules help you learn more about common medicines used to treat certain medical conditions. The modules are easy to use and have been created by Pharmacy in conjunction with specialist doctors, nurses and patients.

You can find out about:

  • Why you need to take the medicines
  • How medicines work
  • How to take your medicines
  • Possible side effects
  • Tips for managing medicines

We currently have four modules:

  • Know Your Medicines by Heart
  • Know Your Warfarin
  • Know Your Medicines after a Kidney Transplant
  • Know Your Medicines after a stroke or TIA

Do you need access or help?

If you would like access to the Patient Learning Hub, or have any questions or problems, contact the Pharmacy team.
