Notes

Collection tubes MUST be incubated for 16-24 hours and centrifuged as per manufacturers instructions at RMH prior to dispatch to Alfred Pathology.

Send sample to Lab ASAP at ambient temperature. RMH Specimen Reception staff to notify Microbiology scientist on arrival.
