Collection Requirements
Collect directly into the ThinPrep or SurePath vial. Self-collection with a FLOQSwab and transport to laboratory dry, or immediately elute into a ThinPrep vial and transport to the laboratory wet.
Please note PCR is the routine testing procedure and cytology will only be perform if HPV positive or if the request rerquires a cotest in line with the National Cervical Screening Program guidelines.
