>2mL CSF collected directly into low binding polypropylene tube. Last collection required to minimise contamination. CSF must be clearless and colourless. Transport within 24 hours of lumbar puncture (ambient temperature) otherwise store at 2 - 8 degrees Celsius - DO NOT FREEZE THE SPECIMEN
